How to update preferences
Signed-in users can review notification and email preferences from the planner settings areas when available. If a preference is not visible yet, support can help route the request.
What to include in a request
Send the account email, what you want changed, and whether the request is about product updates, launch announcements, or all optional marketing messages.
Transactional messages
Some messages are necessary for the app to work, such as sign-in, invite, receipt, support, privacy, and account safety notices. These may still be sent even when optional marketing is off.
